The StrongHearts Men’s Initiative is a community-driven program designed to empower men to take charge of their heart health, mental wellness, and overall well-being. Through health screenings, educational resources, and guided support, this initiative addresses the unique challenges men face with cardiovascular and mental health.

Participants will receive:

• Free health screenings for heart health, diabetes, and related risk factors.

• Mental health support and referrals for counseling, therapy, and stress management.

• Nutrition and wellness guidance, including fitness coaching and healthier lifestyle practices.

• Community connections with peers, mentors, and resource partners.

• Cash incentives for consistent participation and commitment to the program.

Our goal is to break barriers that often keep men from prioritizing their health by creating a supportive, culturally relevant, and faith-centered environment. Together, we aim to build stronger men, stronger families, and stronger communities.
